Making It Personal With Variable Printing

The Challenge

A personal touch is essential when trying to grow enrollment. Turnaround Marketing, representing Cheshire Academy, understood the need for their data and printing to be spot-on. They came to CRW to make sure that was the case.

Each prospective student received a personalized “Out-of-the-Box College Prep” package, comprised of 11 cards highlighting Cheshire’s most important aspects and a custom, student-specific card on top. Also included was a “Parent-to-Parent” supplement, and instructions for distribution for educational counselors.

The Solution

CRW’s Sales, Customer Service, and Production teams all worked closely with Turnaround Marketing to ensure that this project went as smoothly as possible. The original concept came to life as a stylish boxed package, personalized for each student by name, gender, grade level, and type of school. And through a combination of strategically placed slits, reinforcement tabs, and fold sequencing, the boxes were constructed without glue, and were strong enough to endure delivery.

From start to finish, all work was handled in-house, including printing, die-cutting, folding, assembly, collating, and mailing. The resulting quality speaks for itself, but Turnaround had extra praise nonetheless.
